At ICE 2024, iTech Labs had the opportunity to showcase its range of compliance services for the global iGaming industry, while meeting and networking with a range of new and existing customers and industry leaders.

During the event, we were honoured to receive new inquiries about our services, as well as positive feedback about work already completed.

Attending in-person events like this is always a highlight for iTech Labs, as it allows us to increase our brand awareness, while creating and nurturing mutually beneficial business relationships with our valued customers.

The event was a fantastic success for iTech Labs, and and we look forward with excitement and anticipation to ICE 2025 in Barcelona!

Sreekumar served as iTech Labs’ CEO for 19 years (since its inception), during which time, he facilitated the expansion of the company to include test labs in both India and Bulgaria, fuelling an impressive and ongoing year-on-year growth for iTech Labs. Thanks in part to Kiren’s leadership, iTech Labs is a well-known and widely trusted name in the iGaming industry.
The final two initiatives that Kiren undertook before his planned retirement were the previously announced partnership with Gaming Laboratories International (GLI?), and the appointment of iTech Labs’ new CEO, Alvin Rizaldi.

Rizaldi has served diligently in iTech Labs since joining the company in 2007. Playing a key, hands-on role in the development and growth of the company, he has made significant contributions to shaping and building up iTech Labs into the organisation it is today. He has held various senior and executive roles over the past 16 years at iTech Labs, overseeing various aspects of the business, including: technical and delivery, commercial and revenue growth, compliance, accreditations, and day to day operations, while also maintaining close relationships with clients and regulators globally. He has served as a Director prior to GLI’s investment in iTech Labs, and most recently, has had the role of Chief Commercial Officer.

On his appointment as CEO of iTech Labs, Rizaldi said, “I would like to personally and on behalf of everyone at iTech Labs, thank Kiren for his leadership, guidance, and tireless effort over the past 19 years. iTech Labs is entering a new and exciting chapter. It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to lead this great organisation. In attendance at this year’s event from iTech Labs was Jonathan Burke-Gaffney, Roger Perez, Stoian Antonov, and Elise Cray. iGB L!ve provided the iTech Labs representatives a vibrant space to network with iGaming suppliers and operators, and increase market awareness of the iTech Labs brand and service. The event also provided some wonderful opportunities to meet face-to-face with existing clients and to discuss current projects.

Previously, The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCC) only accredited testing facilities for land-based gambling. Recently, the jurisdiction opened up to make room for the accreditation of iGaming testing facilities also. As a leading iGaming test lab, iTech Labs was quick to apply for this accreditation and was subsequently approved to be listed on the Roll of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Testers, by the Delegate of the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission.

As such, iTech Labs is now a licensed provider to test interactive gaming equipment for the purpose of the issue of certificates.
